Thanks for the comment. I was told they were chainsaw engines, but you could be right. That said, I think the title “ZDZ 80 powered B29 Model Airplane Video” doesn’t sound the same.

They are not chainsaw engines… they are ZDZ 80 engines from Hodges Hobby.

That is too cool!!! I am as impressed as the kid you can hear in the background. I want one, although I imagine it takes a long time to become so skilled at flying them.

I was also amazed by the RC pilot’s skills, and what he could do with the aerobatics, and that their model B29 could handle it. The upside down fly-by was very cool. Made me think of Top Gun for some reason. ~ Steve

I watched the whole video. Now that’s my kind of fun! No explosions, but I guess I can’t have everything
The guy running the controls was really on the ball. Nice flying.
